No it's not, Monarchy is superior. Russia was a Monarchy for 800 years, but only a Communist state for just under 70. Monarchy is much more stable and was the first form of government to exist.

The only way communism can work is with the community lifestyle

Not really, they were quite different in several ways:
USSR was Communist, Russian Empire was Monarchist
USSR was atheist, Russian Empire was Christian
USSR was anti-America, Russian Empire had good relations with America

TBH communism is a good idea in theory, but just a nightmare in practice because everyone is a lone wolf without rules and guidelines. Life would be chaos.

They could, but for the most part they know how to rule, and do it well. All government types could face corruption, but Monarchy tends to have the least. In a Democracy, corruption is widespread and can't be easily stopped, while in a Monarchy you could trace it down to one or a few individuals.
