Oriental cat behavior 🙄🤣I have a Snowshoe/Tonkinese mix so I know. They do some odd things to get what they want🤣

I think a lot of this 'problem' is down to the owner. The first time the cat did this, it was rewarded so the action would inevitably be repeated time and time again ! 😒

I also don't consider odd antics a problem. I find it fun, cute and hilarious and as much as I hate narcissistic manipulation in people I enjoy it in cats. We just enjoy obeying them.🤣 The key to avoid overfeeding is to put a few nibbles in the bowl to shut them up at least for an hour or two🤣

True in many cases however most cats don't do some of the crazier stuff that some breeds are more prone to plus some individuals that aren't necessarily breed specific and certain breeds in general at least will become tyrants and unless you kick them out of the house or become an animal abuser you have to obey them. Mine know they can get fed when it's time by letting us know if we're in the middle of something that it's time in a non-obnoxious fashion but they choose not to. Seriously... Oriental cats are weirdos as are Turkish cats and certain other breeds. More intuitive emotionally intelligent cats are mischievous. I have had many cats who got something by an odd action that never repeated it. They didn't connect it. Intuitive ones do and it's standard in breeds or individuals with higher intelligence. We enjoy these antics. Angoras NEVER forget. Some are just plain smarter than us🤣
