That's a nice sentiment. If it makes you feel better, people in Texas are more likely to believe in Jesus Christ than people in the other 50 states of the United States of America.

Certainly a possibility. I would suggest that there is evil and unbelief everywhere. I believe it is possible that some of those that were lost in this tragedy may have not been followers, even among those young ladies at the summer camp. I would not ever not mourn the loss of someone's loved one. If the loss is of one that would not be going to heaven, that would compound the tragedy exponentially.
