The shooter didn’t shoot anybody else in the crowd. It happened at a political event. If the shooter doesn’t have any personal connection to Charlie Kirk, then it’s terrorism.

your definition of terrorism is different than the rest, just so it conforms your opinion. also not all democrats are shooters, like not all republicans are racist

"Aaaaand you had to leave the subject entirely."

You're the one who changed the subject, made it about an alleged murder that was actually a lawful shooting.

Seriously, is your memory so short that you forgot saying "I get why you skip over the actual murder that happened there...gotta keep your false narrative going" or are you gambling on readers not scrolling beyond this point?

I started with the murder of Charlie Kirk.
You, for whatever reason, went to J6, because of course liberals go to J6.
I afforded you that, and picked out Ashlii Babbitt.
You, for whatever reason, then bring up a 2016 drug - fueled police altercation in Fresno.

You're all over the place in trying to justify and deflect from the murder of Charlie Kirk, and your political parties' encouragement and giddy celebration of said murder.

Could have just said "wow, this is awful, it should not have come to this." But noooo...

We're done.

"I started with the murder of Charlie Kirk."

No, you started by pirating an outdated headline from a French publication and using it as a ghoulish springboard to blame one political group for all of the States' problems. Then you inserted yourself into a thread concerning political violence being equated with terrorism, wherein I cited 1/6 as an example of political violence. Then you tried to lie that the events of 1/6 weren't violent. And now you're lying even more, claiming I'm trying justify Kirk's murder when I've done nothing of the sort, I'm trying to engage in a discussion with RunawayTrain concerning whether political violence meets the threshold of terrorism.

Aaaaand you had to leave the subject entirely.

We're done here.

Almost like there were provacateurs mixed in.

For the thousands of people there, thats all you got?

I get why you skip over the actual murder that happened there...gotta keep your false narrative going.

It was a peaceful gathering until the police started illegally shooting people in the face with pepper balls. Government agent provocateurs were in the crowd.

LA was violent before the police started using rubber bullets.

Whatever happened on 1/6 at the Capitol did not impact anybody’s propensity to vote.
Your statement is illogical.

On the other hand, the assassination of Kirk has impacted peoples desire to publicly engage in the political system

"If we don’t do something about this, a member of Congress is going to get killed," Rep. Randy Fine, R-Fla., told Fox News Digital. "People in my family asked me today not to run for re-election. I mean, they’re scared."

Classic definition of terrorism.

He was shot to silence him, because the petition to snuff free speech failed.

His children are fatherless because a Democrat didn't like what he had to say. And the intention is to cause other conservative voices into silence out of fear.

F**k that.

it was an incitement to violence. just because he's a Democrat, doesn't mean you have to defend him.

there are dozens more similar incitements from the left available on Twitter.

Who wants control over museums? DEMOCRATS.
Who wants to control sports team names? DEMOCRATS.
Who threatens cancellation of news or celebrities when they stray from the Party Narrative? DEMOCRATS.
Who brought us participation trophies and safe spaces? DEMOCRATS.

Except it's the Trump Administration trying to dictate what museums display, Trump himself whom wants museums to sanitize and sugar-coat history, wants museums to somehow magically display information on events that haven't happened, put pressure on a sports team to change its name to one he wants rather than the name the team chose to improve marketability, long-term profitability, attacks celebrities when they disagree with him, news organizations when they fact-check his versions of events, call out his lies or otherwise contradict the MAGA Party Narrative, whom is glaringly, documentedly archly thirsty for participation trophies and quite frequently falsely credits himself for others' work.

Fun Facts:
-the first known mention of participation trophies awarded is in a February 8, 1922 edition of a Massillon, Ohio newspaper, "The Evening Independent," in an article announcing a high school basketball tournament. While available records concerning Massillon's local elections, political make-up are rather suspiciously lacking prior to the 1930s, Stark County, Ohio has only swung democratic in 14 presidential elections since 1856, was decidedly republican-majority from 1920-32.
-the participation trophy's primary military counterpart is the National Defense Service Medal instituted in 1953 by Dwight D. Eisenhower (R) sooo.... yeah.

For a Comments-Disabler you sure are ranty on my meme. Enjoy the freedom of speech here. Charlie Kirk died defending it.
0 ups, 2d
Well would you look at that... so when reality gets in the way of your narrative you change the subject, eh? It wasn't very long ago you ran your mouth about "Aaaaand you had to leave the subject entirely." Remember that? Yes? No? If not, scroll up.

But okay, I'll play your game. Speaking of reality getting in the way of a narrative, given that Kirk's appearance on that campus was just one more brand-promotional stop in his rolling game of "try to own the libs," he didn't die defending freedom of speech -he died engaging in it. So yeah... not the same thing.

If anything, he died as a metaphor for the MAGA movement's propensity to punch itself in the face in pursuit of "owning the libs."
5 ups, 5d
You aren't even making sense anymore. That's some insane MAGA hate.
