Why does the left always try to switch the conversation about a blue city to the state it's in?

The answer is obvious. The left runs their cities into the ground.

Cause their whole existence is about avoiding accountability and placing blame anywhere else they can.

CzechyCheese, why are you in such denial of the truth. If it happened a red state it doesn't mean the judges were conservatives. Even if at least one of the judges was a Republican (I have no clue if any were or were not) that doesn't mean he was conservative. Being Republican does not automatically make you a conservative and being conservative does not automatically make you a Republican.

It's just a known fact that if a criminal gets set free or gets a very short prison sentence then the judge is a leftist. That's how it has always been for at least half a century. It is very rare when a leftist judge throws the book at a criminal. If that has ever happened then the criminal must have somehow let it be known he was a conservative or Republican.

You are just going to have to to face the fact that leftists are far more likely to be violent than anyone on the right.

We are just not the same kind of people.

Conservatives want peace and are willing to obey the laws of the land.

Leftists want violent revolution and they will not let the law stand in the way.

The media and academia have created an excuse for the left to feel justified. They have been horribly lied to about who the Nazis and fascists are. They've had to redefine what those words mean and first and foremost, the left had to divorce themselves from those ideologies that they once praised. They lied to everyone that those ideologies come from the right. You just cannot have socialism at either end of a freedom scale. It makes no sense unless you widen that scale much farther to the right and leave socialism and it's variants on the far left where they belong. You put no government at all on the extreme right.

You are on the side of the authoritarian left and we conservatives are not regardless of how many times you repeat that lie in academia and the media.

That day is over and we're not putting up with the lies any longer. We are done being accused of something we are not and have never been. And we refuse to be sitting targets for your homicidal psychopaths who use that lie to justify their need to murder.

Fortunately, SCOTUS ruled against all permits for owning a carrying a firearm. We no longer have to beg the government for the right to defend our lives and the lives of others. Note that I said "defend". If you start it we will end it because we will never start it. We just want to live in peace and be left alone.

That's an awful long spiel for a deflection.

How is it that he's supposed to have been serving a long prison sentence but wasn't because of a leftist (?) judge for a crime that he hadn't even committed yet at the time?

Yeah well. I'm a bit on the verbose side.

Well... if I was a homicidal psychopath leftist and I committed a violent act against a conservative and I stood before a leftist judge that judge would says that I did a community service and let me go free. That is how the left works.

Yeah, 1600 pardons, all done by hand, not a single Autopen in the house.
0 ups, 3w,

The problem is no autopen, The problem is Biden wasn't even in DC when those pardons were signed by the autopen. The other problem was signing blanket pardons for people not even being investigated for crimes.
1 up, 3w,

Why would Biden have to be in DC when Trump was Autopenning those pardons?
0 ups, 3w,

What pardons are you talking about. Are you talking about when Trump pardoned Biden's political prisoners? The ones Biden put in prison just for political theater, not caring about the rule of law or the lives of those people he ordered to be put in prison?

Is that who you are talking about?

I was talking about those who were pardoned when Biden was president for crimes unknown. And they were signed by an autopen when Biden wasn't even there.

So like, who signed those pardons? Who was running the government while Biden was away?

It isn't the fact that a president used the autopen, it is the matter of the autopen being used by someone other than the president. Trump used the autopen directly, Biden let unknown people sign those pardons.

Biden violated the trust of the American people. Trump did not.

That's a good idea, I generally wont vote for judges because they don't show party affiliation, but I did start getting the vote card from RNC headquarters to see who they were endorsing a few cycles back.

Ya we get nearly zero info on judges. Just a list of names to pick from. For other elected positions we at least get a statement or something.

So...someone who was diagnosed with a mental illness was not confined whether that is in jail or an institution that could care for him. then due to their illness, something terrible happened. And you're upset that it happened.

I get that. I agree. He should have been able to get the care he needs. That woman would still be alive today if he had been able to get that care.

My question is why are you blaming a judge? There's isn't enough funding for mental healthcare. And it's been cut to nothing now.

Do you vote Republican? If you do, why are you upset at a judge? This is the exact world you vote for.

This is going to get worse. People with these illnesses will rotate in and out of jail for small crimes until something horrible happens. Then they'll be in prison for life. When we could have spent less money upfront to provide care and prevented the tragedy in the first place.

If you vote Republican, why are you mad? This is exactly what you voted for.

What does the area where this crime took place in have for it's sentencing guidelines and if any of that is mandatory sentencing, then why did this judge ignore that. Only time mandatory sentencing can be ignored is if something like if the accused got the wrong end of a miscarriage of justice like incompetent defense lawyer or it's been shown the Miranda Rights weren't given. Or the Jury is something out of To Kill A Mockingbird.
3 ups, 4w
How do you know the judge ignored mandatory sentencing? Because his last arrest was for calling 911 too many times. And that was after he stopped taking his meds. his mother had tried to get him committed but... North Carolina had reduced funding for that sort of thing so...

0 help for those who need it and as a result, someone died. This is exactly the world North Carolina Republicans voted for.
3 ups, 4w
Hey, if you're going to go Red Herring, might as well make it as convoluted and unrelated as possible.

What judge ignored what? What jury, for what?
