We both know that no one showed up in mass, so they were peaceful. The Police were ready to respond should antifa show though, they even had snipers out in DC. They were pretty mellow, you wouldn't even think it was a protest if it wasn't for the chants and the signs and the costumes, was more like a sunny summer Sunday afternoon parade. I saw video clips somebody took on their cell. Festive kind of an atmosphere. Would have been nice to see up close. I don't do marches though.

I see it as a failure; the numbers show that the claim of Trump is acting like a king is not working. The two sides did use different numbers; I have seen lows of 650,000 to the high of 7 million. Even if doubled that's not much compared to the population, the protest failed.

I am glad that I was wrong to expect antifa types to show up and create chaos. You could be right, and their numbers are so low they are only focusing on ICE but that has also failed, ICE has deported enough criminals that are streets are safer and the residents can tell. There are plenty of videos showing people walking around praising both ICE and President Trump.

When the USPS was expecting a record-breaking amount of mail-in ballots, they wanted to repair existing mail-in ballot machines and upgrade to new one to handle the expected capacity. The stipulation of the $25 billion grant was that they could not upgrade to new machines or fix the existing broken machines. Those are the facts. You can draw your own conclusions as to why Pelosi put that stipulation in the grant?
