Pretty much. The people who showed up were either ridiculously young -- who were gullible enough to BELIEVE that a king of the United States was possible -- or ridiculously old, who were there to raise awareness for other causes. I read their signs during view-casts and most of them had nothing to do with the supposed reason for the rallies.

I blame public education.

Oh aye, the leftists in control of the public school systems spend way more time ideologically indoctrinating students that teaching them what were once considered the classics . . . the classics before WOKE decided they were racist or bigoted or irrelevant in comparison to CRT training or grooming efforts.

Yes there were some racist scenes in "to kill a mockingbird" but that's an accurate depiction of the times. Kids need to know what real racism looks like.

We have watched leftism progressively sink education deeper and deeper into the muck for the last couple of decades. Destroying things is a leftist specialty.
