That's where someone picks a week, and gives a topic or subject to meme about. Like bears, or pizza, aliens, whatever. During spooky month we could do like pumpkin carvings, or, heck, just pick a subject off of the twelve days... but it basically gives you new ideas for memes you haven't thought of before, and you could even declare a winner. Like a meme war.
