Well to start he's a Divinity, which is a higher race than regular gods and divine beings. He's not from anywhere specifically but he just hops dimensions with Seishin. She's a spirit who amplifies his powers, which he has barrier Magic by the way, which allows him to make Purple barriers wherever he wants and shape them into whatever he wants, that thing he's holding is a Katana handle which is made from his barrier Magic.
