It is obviously political, can you imagine if Trump in response to Biden running against him had the DOJ make up bogus charges against him to put him on trial, put a gag order on him so that he can’t defend himself in court and have a Judge with ties to the Republican Party as well as an All Republican Jury convict him and try to have him sent to prison? Can you imagine the rightful outrage from the left if that happened?
