Stage one: mild blurry vision, shallow breathing, lack of appetite.
Stage two: Vision blur gets worse, violent reactions against pain.
Stage three: Appetite increases suddenly, might react more primative and aggressive at rare points.
Stage four: Red pulsating roots looking like veins start growing, vision increasingly gets worse.
Stage five: Subject is beyond help at this point. Senses may highten in ability and they'll stare at the sun for hours.
Stage six: If not already mutated with an test antidote, the subject might experience following symptoms previously mentioned a lot more.
Stage seven: A final bloom.
At this stage, the blooming red flower will grow more rapidly, sprouting eventually from its host to spread the pollen quicker. If unlucky, the host will feel everything and mutate to protect the bloom.
