The movies get a lot more budget then four episodes do (four episodes is about an hour and a half, so standard movie length) so they use the extra budget to add shading, Wich genuinely takes a long time to get right and look good each time
I would fill a home Depot bucket full of paperclips and leave them right next to my bedroom door, then I would take the real one and tape it to the underside of a public garbage can
